A small platform that can be propelled if it's rider pushes it off the ground and has a minimum of two wheels, is normally called a micro scooter. The readily available micro scooters are those that have two hard wheels that are small. They can be folded for convenience because of the light aluminum that they are made of and since they are specifically designed for children, this feature normally comes in handy.
