The history of Cabanas (Huts in english) begins in 1734, when the tuna fishing was considered one of the main activities, originating the creation of the first indispensable huts in the place to store the fishing equipments and to the enlarge the company.
For more than 20 years we just heard about the huts as seasonal residence, however, only about 1757 some fishermen opted to build their houses permanently.
