Charles Harper has lived and worked in Hershey over the last eleven years. He is currently working on his doctorate in Instructional Technology and is the webmaster for the area portal: Hershey Area Online, the area's only portal for user generated content. He also broadcasts an internet radio show called the Hershey Area Online Radio Show, which is still in prelaunch stage.
