You are back from a long weekend visiting in-laws, and you start to feel a strange sensation in your stomach like childish butterflies of excitement before boarding a plane. First you are excited as you pack. Then, when the taxi to the airport comes for you, you have a moment of reflection; you feel like you want to go without actually physically leaving.

Hunting for London Airport Hotels

Looking for a place to stay in London? England's capital is steeped in history with plenty to see and do! Whether it is a business trip or a West End jaunt or whether you are coming to London on business or pleasure, you will find that hotels and apartment accommodation will leave you more than satisfied. There is a wide range of last minute and all year round options in all areas of the City of London.
We have all read them, the travelers 'rules' that the tour agent has pinned on the wall: Do some research and understand your destination, carry enough money, take with you a book of contact numbers, medicine, a diary, a camera, appropriate clothes, learn a few words to get by, travel light (don't pack too much or too little), drink only bottled water et cetera.
Ever wondered if you're the only one having a bad day? That was how I was feeling last week whilst looking at the public facilities at some of the top UK Airports. I wanted to write an article for my blog, so I went on to Cybertraveling. I have been in and out of Gatwick for years but I didn't know of any place of interest outside the perimeter fence.
You arrive at the airport 2 hours early for security: airport security is such a big deal these days but the line at the security and immigration desk is a stretch of several hundred people. For some passengers their passports have to be photocopied. This means the clerk has to walk over to the copy machine and back each time. The machine is slow and the papers need to be changed.
Backpacking Wondering what backpacking really is? The definition is varied but the bottom line is that Backpacking is low-budget, independent, round the world, off-the-beaten-track traveling. It is for those travelers who are averse to lots of luggage and conventional package holidays.

Backpacking is a term that has historically been used to denote a form of low-cost, independent international travel.
If you are a frequent traveller, you must have cursed your bad luck and jinxed trip upheavals. I have been stranded at the airport a couple of times. And each time I swear it will be my last. Unfortunately finances and the Curse of the Billy Goat conspire each time, for people of meager means like me, to dictate my travel needs. So I travel cheap and when stranded, I can't afford the VIP lounge.
Undercover hotels, what are they? Major travel companies have introduced undercover airport hotels at major UK Airports. These undercover Hotels are a cheaper way to book Gatwick Airport Hotels and Heathrow Airport hotels, two places you would normally pay a premium to get a bed.

Most of these hotels are within a 10-minute drive of the terminals using the Hotel-Hoppa buses.
Last week I found an interesting email in my inbox from a long lost friend. This friend wanted me to propose, or rather help them decide, where to on holiday this summer. The email went like "Buddy really want to see new things and go to new places this summer. I need to get out and experience new things! Where do you go? The other problem is that with Knight gone, I don't have anybody to go hangout with.
Africa is an area of outstanding natural beauty. And it is also uniquely different. For first time visitors, the difference can be shocking after leaving your cherished confort zone.

It is important to be prepared for your trip long before you set off. Long trips are hard to plan and it is impossible not to forget something important in your plans however meticulous you are.
