Visits to Bohol's churches are a common activity in Bohol especially during the Lenten season. The most visited is the Baclayon Church which is the oldest church in the province and one of the oldest in the Philippines. It is the town's main attraction!
Ever since I was small and at every visit to Bohol, I passed by the Baclayon Church on the way to my Dad's place in Guindulman or to my Mom's at Mahayag, San Miguel.

The Mag-aso Falls is one of Bohol's natural treasures. With a height of 25 feet, the twin falls is picturesque against a backdrop of tall trees, wild plants including giant ferns, and deep ravines. Seemingly surrounded by a jungle, the interminable chirping of the birds and the rush of flowing waters are music to the ears.
Carved out under the cascading waters is a pool.

The Aguinid Falls is a five-tiered falls, located the greeneries of Barangay Tangbo, Samboan, Cebu. Each level has its unique shapes which is quite difficult to compare from the others. The stream of cool clean waters runs some two kilometers from the base and will finally converge into the Tangbo River.
You will not enjoy the beauty of nature and complete your waterfall experience if you will not climb to the next falls and into the next until you reach the topmost, the peak, where the source of water all came from.
