What are the advantages of staying in a villa rather than a hotel?

Finding Florida vacation villas for rent that will spaciously accommodate large groups and provide all the facilities you would expect is easier than you think. In a place like Florida villa's are a wonderful alternative to hotels.

Last year we rented a villa on the solana resort estate in Davenport, which was about 10-15 minutes away from all the major attractions. The resort offers so much more compared to other villas, I have detailed what I feel are the major benefits of renting on a resort style complex.

One of the highlights of the resort was a fabulous state of the art clubhouse with its resort size heated pool and spa, surrounded by palm trees this really was a fantastic place to relax and unwind.
