Rooms with added features will be more money than rooms that do not have these features.
The building itself typically has nice things for all the guests to enjoy. Indoor and outdoor pools are common; although unheated outdoor pools are only available in the warmer months. Spas and hot tubs are common; these hotels usually have gyms as well. There is usually a buffet-style breakfast that is include in the cost of the room. Upon request, the staff will give its customers a wake-up call.

The kitchen area usually has a coffee pot and a refrigerator. The living area usually a sofa and a comfy chair. The dinning area has a table and chairs.
